(Passaic County, N.J. – June 19, 2024) – Due to a water main break, Passaic Valley Water Commission (PVWC) has issued a boil water advisory for residents and businesses in Clifton and Paterson, specifically in these areas:
- Clifton/Paterson: Lakeview Ave from Maryland Ave to W 3rd St
- Clifton/Paterson: Marshall Street / Kuller Rd
- Clifton: Route 46 (Piaget Ave)
- Paterson: 21st Ave going east to E 26th St

This advisory is effective immediately and will remain in place until further notice.
Immediate Actions Required:
- Boil Water Before Use: All water for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, and washing dishes should be brought to a rolling boil for at least one minute. Allow the water to cool before using.
- Alternative Water Sources: Please use bottled water if boiling is not possible.
