Re: Notice of Addendum No. 2
Bidders are advised that the Contract Documents for the referenced Contract have been amended by this addendum. A copy of this addendum may be obtained at the Purchasing Department of the Commission located at 1525 Main Avenue, Clifton, New Jersey, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). This addendum will be
provided with a copy of the Contract Documents at no charge. Bidders who have already been issued the Contract Documents by the Owner will also be forwarded a copy of this addendum at no charge.
Addendum No. 2 changes the date for receipt of bids for the Contract to Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at the same time and place indicated in the Invitation to Bidders.
Addendum No. 2 also includes miscellaneous other changes to the Contract Documents.
The specifications for the referenced contract are hereby amended by this addendum. ThisAddendum shall be attached to and become part of the Contract Documents.
