NOTICE OF ADDENDUM NO. 1

Re:      Notice of Addendum No. 1

Bidders are advised that the Contract Documents for the referenced Contract have been amended by Addendum No. 1.  A copy of the Addendum may be obtained by contacting Mr. Gregg Lucianin at 973-340-4316 or via email at glucianin@pvwc.com with the Purchasing Department of the Commission between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).  The Bidders will be provided with a copy of the Contract Documents via email.  Bidders who have already been issued the Contract Documents by the Owner will also be forwarded a copy of the Addendum.

Addendum No. 1 includes the addition of pay items to the Contract Documents.

The specifications for the referenced contract are hereby amended by the Addendum.  The Addendum shall be attached to and become part of the Contract Documents.

This addendum does not change the date for receipt of Bids. Bids will be publicly opened and read via videoconference at the time and location stated in the original bid documents.
