PVWC Coronavirus Message

At Passaic Valley Water Commission (PVWC), our commitment to providing customers clean, safe drinking water is our number one priority.

We are closely monitoring the developments around the COVID-19 outbreaks in our local areas. Rest assured, that we will continue to treat and test your water. And the water will keep flowing – for everyone. Since this outbreak, PVWC has not performed any shut-offs and will not perform any shut-offs until further notice.

Beginning March 16, PVWC is enacting the following measures to ensure the health and well-being of customers and our employees:

·       PVWC offices are closed to the general public. Customers who pay bills in person must utilize online payment at www.pvwc.com, the mail drop box at our main office, or pay by phone at 973-340-4300.

·       Field service appointments, including meter changes, are suspended. Field staff will only perform emergency or critical work.

Our teams are working around the clock to ensure the continuity of service across our operations. We value our customer base and we take seriously the trust you instill in PVWC as your water provider. We not only work in these communities, we live here as well.
